David Willowby was my inspector, and I highly recommend both him and Redbud. I purchased a full inspection package (house, pool, termite, and sprinkler) for a 21‑year‑old two‑story single‑family home in Yukon. The process was straightforward, and communication with Steve (manager/owner?) and the lady representative was warm and professional. They even beat the price of a competitor. David did an excellent job, and the report was thorough and informative—detailed enough for me to make a confident decision about whether to proceed with the purchase. In the end, I chose not to buy the house, and I credit Redbud’s professional evaluation for helping me avoid a risky investment. Their service allows buyers to focus on the aspects they care about most, such as the floor plan and neighborhood, while leaving the quality and risk assessment to the experts. As someone new to OKC, I initially chose Redbud because of their strong reviews. Now, after my own experience, I have an even better reason to hire David again for future inspections. I cannot compare them to other inspection companies in the OKC area, but I can say they exceeded my expectations. I purchased a full home inspection and a video scope of the main drain line. Nate Kinney was the inspector on a home I an considering buying. He found a lot of issues, i had even thought about. I was very pleased with the detailed report. The tankless hot water heater was not functioning properly. He did a temperature check on the hot water( I would not have thought of that). I bought my present home without a inspection. I found many issues with the house bad hot water tank, incorrect wiring(using ground wire as conductor)These are a few of many issues I had to deal with at my own time and expense . - 11/15/2025
