I did not have a good experience several years ago. Had to replace the main drain line within a week or so of moving in, and the HVAC not long after. My realtor suggested them, and maybe that was part of the problem? Edit: Whatever man. You were not present during any of the inspections, nor were you involved in the discussions between the two inspectors, myself, and my realtor Greg Berrong. Everyone was really professional and the report was thorough. Sadly, I have never found where it clearly states in my copy of the report to consult a professional plumber, and the HVAC wasn't flagged at all. Which, if anyone needs one, Plumbtastic out of Edmonond are amazing. And so was Patriot Heating and Air out of Tuttle. I didn't continue the email conversation, as I had the impression it wasn't going anywhere. Unfortunately, it still happened, so I stand by my review, though I did add a star and edit for clarity. - 9/26/2025
