Aaron Harris 
Aaron (CMI® certified), joined the Redbud Property Inspections team in 2020, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the home inspection industry. Prior to joining Redbud, Aaron honed his skills by conducting inspections for the mortgage and insurance sectors, where he developed a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the diverse aspects of property inspections.
As a Certified Master Inspector, Aaron is recognized for his exceptional expertise and commitment to the highest standards in the home inspection industry. His additional qualification as a licensed Pest Technician allows him to provide comprehensive services to our clients, ensuring their homes are not only structurally sound but also free from pests.
As a lead inspector at Redbud, Aaron is known for his thorough and meticulous approach to inspections. He excels in delivering detailed reports that are both informative and accessible, helping clients make well-informed decisions about their properties. Aaron’s dedication to his craft and his ability to connect with clients make him an invaluable asset to the Redbud team.
Chase Henley
Chase joined the Redbud team in 2021 after experiencing firsthand the quality of our inspections during his personal inspection. He is not the only inspector to have joined us after such an experience, a testament to our commitment to excellence. Chase, along with his family, lives in Edmond. When he’s not performing inspections, he enjoys maintaining his extensive backyard garden.
Cody Gaines
Cody joined Redbud as an experienced home inspector. He began his inspection career in Texas and was relocated to Oklahoma when his employer expanded north. A year later, when the company reversed its plans, Cody and his family decided to stay in Oklahoma, finding it more to their liking (who can blame them?). Fortunately, Redbud was happy to welcome Cody to the team, where he has thrived since 2022. Cody resides with his family in Yukon.
Adam Haftman
Adam joined the Redbud team in June of 2024. A native Oklahoman, he brings a solid background in real estate and property valuation. He has worked as a tax appraiser since 2018, sharpening his attention to detail and understanding of homes. Adam earned his license and has been performing home inspections since 2023. Outside of work, he enjoys spending his free time with his wife and son.
Mike Sydnes
Mike joined the Redbud team in February of 2025 and has since hit the ground running, completing numerous inspections and bringing a fresh, rigorous perspective to every property he steps foot in.
When he is not in a crawlspace or inspecting a roof, he is likely enjoying the outdoors. He is an avid hunter with experience across the United States, and as far away as the plains of South Africa. Mike appreciates the finer details in life – including quality time with family and friends and a good pour of bourbon. Mike’s goal at Redbud is simple: to provide you with an honest, expert assessment so you can feel confident in your next move.
Dalton Skiles
Dalton developed a strong work ethic at an early age, assisting in his grandfather’s roofing business and later gaining hands-on experience in home remodeling. He holds a degree in Business and Economics with a minor in Finance, which led him into a career as a commercial and residential loan officer. Realizing he preferred being out in the field rather than behind a desk, he earned his home inspector license to combine his construction background with his financial insight.
A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Dalton is married to his wife of two years, and together they have two dogs. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, watching sports, and relaxing with a good book.
Andrew Morgan
Andrew Andrew Morgan is a highly experienced pest technician who leads the termite treatments for Redbud Pest Services. He joined Redbud in early 2022 when Classic’s Pest Control became part of the Redbud family. With a background in remodeling, Andrew brings valuable insight into the unseen damage that can be caused by pest intrusion.
Matt Moran
Matt Matt Moran is a highly experienced pest technician who takes the lead on pest control for Redbud Pest Services. He joined Redbud in early 2022 when Classic’s Pest Control became part of the Redbud family. Matt is also a credentialed Indoor Air Quality technician and Mold Inspector. Matt and his family reside in the Guthrie area.
Aidan Bennett
Aidan holds a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University. He began his career with Redbud as a marketing and social media specialist but soon transitioned into the field. Aidan is a licensed pest technician and a CSIA-certified chimney sweep, performing Level 2 Chimney Inspections for Redbud.
Jaiden Altom
Jaiden is one of our dedicated Pest Technicians and a proud Oklahoma Army National Guard member. Originally from Arkansas, Jaiden grew up as an “army brat,” living in several states and gaining a deep appreciation for people and places of all kinds. Before joining our team, he was a top salesman at Harley-Davidson, where he honed his exceptional customer service skills and ability to connect with clients — qualities that make him a valuable part of our team today.
