Stand Alone Roof Inspections

I came across RedBud inspections while House Hunting and coincidentally was given a Mold Report they had done on a property that the Real estate agent gave us to look at before going through the process of showing us the property. We were so Impressed by how specific and thorough the report was, that we went back to see who conducted it when it came time to acquire our own inspection on a different property as part of our due diligence. The staff were prompt in their responses, scheduling, and even worked with us when we had to reschedule an inspection at the 11th hour (due to no fault of ours or theirs), so as frustrating as that can be, they simply rescheduled to a few days later and eliminated further stress. Our Inspector (David) was friendly, professional, and thorough. He took many photos of the home to accompany the report and even had experience as a plumber to give further insight into questions/concerns we had. He also referred us to their website to find contractors for various projects we may have and ensured us we would have the report by the end of the day. The report itself, (which we did receive the same day) was put together very well, complete with issues and photos to give visual context to the detailed descriptions. I don't see how it could've been structured or presented any clearer, easy to understand without the analysis paralysis. Overall, we're completely satisfied with Redbud's service, from the convenience of getting an accurate quote from their detailed questionnaire based on our specific needs through their website to the delivery of the report. ADVICE: Be weary of using inspectors referred directly from Real Estate Agents, they could be likely to appease the seller's interest over yours. We've used Agent's references before and there were a lot of problems after the fact that they either didn't see or didn't add to the report. Either way, Redbud's report was way more comprehensive and thorough, it was even color-coded based on the severity of the issues which is a testament to the extra mile they went though to make sure their clients understand. - 3/24/2025
