RedBud is a property inspection company that was both independently found be the best and most reliable within the OKC/Edmond area and was highly recommended by our realtor. We came in from out-of-state for a weekend of house-hunting with the goal of finding a house we loved and placing an offer that same weekend. With working on a razor-thin timeline, we were able to succeed in having a signed offer on a house. RedBud not only stepped up to our expectations but well exceeded them when we were ambitious to have a general home and termite inspection that same weekend. Coming down to the wire with the seller's approval, RedBud Inc. made it happen and delivered exceptional and thorough results. We had an inspection done by RedBud a few months ago and are now in the house. When we first got the report back, it seemed thorough and well documented. We were out-of-state buyers and placed a lot of trust in the report, but feeling a bit of regret now. So far, we’ve found two straight/clear misses in the report. We’ve been able to resolve them ourselves, but a little disappointed that they weren’t called out in the report/marked inaccurately. We’re also kicking ourselves for not being there in person and really getting into the details in the crawl space. It’s tight, but now that we’ve been down in there fixing some issues, we wish we would’ve just been there in person to really get the detailed level we wanted.
